Today the left over Sunday roast and potatoes have been turned into 2 meals of beef stew and 2 family size beef pot pies. The left over gumbo from last night has been sealed up. All are in the freezer for future meals.
The carrots SAMs parents gave us have been turned into baby food.
Dinner is in the crockpot with extra to make enchiladas to freeze.
The last details of Halloween costumes are finished.
Dishwasher is running. Washer and dryer both going.
And it's only 9:30 in the morning.
Did I forget to mention. The rest if the kitchen is still a disaster. The floor is covered in carrot peels from the boys helping peel. There is a load of laundry that needs to be folded on my bed. I forgot we are going to a work party for Sam so we don't need dinner tonight. I still have a test to study for. Lexi is rolling around on a floor I'm sure needs to be vacuumed. Seth still has homework to finish. Chris is running around naked and some how Lucy is covered in baby powder and I'm scared to go see where else baby powder is. There is a half built bobcat, that is the work of the boys and their daddy made out if left over boxes, covering my dining room table.
