Well, it was. It went up for sale on Friday afternoon about 4pm. The kids and I were at the Dino Museum. We had to leave because people were already wanting to walk through it and I needed to finish getting it ready to show. They started showing up at 5pm. We had a few showings on Friday evening and then 10+ on Saturday, a few more on Sunday. And a few Monday morning starting at 7am. Monday morning (today) we had 6 solid (above asking) offers. We reviewed the offers and accepted one and two others as backup offers.
I know it sounds odd but I checked out the people who put in offers. I looked at their facebook, their pintrest, their instagram. I wanted to know who was going to be here. I wanted to know who was going to be playing with my kids friends. I wanted to know who would be a good neighbor for the awesome neighbors that we are leaving. Hopefully, we picked the right ones because I just couldn't bring myself to make the decision fully on money.
Looking at the pictures of our house up for sale made me want to see the pictures of the house we bought. So I found them...

They didn't ever have pictures of the laundry area or any more of the yard but we had some of the yard because we are proud of the yard.
