Stay Away

Stay Away from our house unless you want to be exposed to the Chicken pox!
Yep, the stomach flu and head colds for the past 2 weeks weren't enough.
Now Chris has a case of the Chicken pox.
It's mild because he got the vaccine but it's still here.

But only 3 more sleeps until Christmas...

Dinner

Sometimes this is how dinner goes at our house. 

The boys love it when Daddy makes it home in time for dinner.

Check up

I'm 27 weeks now (which means if we make it to the 29th of Feb, 37 weeks, only 10 weeks left). Little Girl is still active and doesn't seem to be in distress.

Yesterday I went back to the Dr for a follow up to the L&D visit. I'm still having contractions, but I'm not any more effaced or dilated than I was last week when I was checked. I'm still slightly dehydrated. Something about that my stomach empties slowly so I'm not absorbing all the water that I am drinking or something and because I'm not absorbing it, I'm still thirsty all the time, so I drink but my stomach is full so I throw up. Still have some small kidney stones. Told I needed to reduce my activity to reduce the frequency of my contractions and sitting certain ways apparently  helps your stomach empty.

I've lost weight, and the outside girth is down, so we are having another ultrasound soon, but my every 4 week ultrasound is already scheduled in like 1 1/2 weeks so I'll probably just keep that one. I see the Dr again next week.

So that's the update for now.

Swimming

It was a Daddy day off. And we've had so much going on the last few Daddy Days have been spent running errands, taking classes, etc. So this Daddy day we decided to let the boys pick something fun to do. And they picked Swimming.

 I think he is just cute!

 After about 2 hours it started to get a cold.

 Just because I still love that my camera is waterproof.

So after swimming we got kids meals and played at the playland at the fast food restaurant. We had fun, the boys got some much needed undivided attention. and who doesn't love swimming in December.

Temple Square Lights

After the Forsgren Christmas Party, since we were up north, we stopped by to visit Aunt Edie.

 I don't know why I didn't get any pictures with Aunt Edie but Aunt Edie's dog mr Biggs was a big hit.
After a visit with Aunt Edie we dropped of Christmas Presents and got to Uncle Matt's new Bachelor Pad.

 Then we went to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights.

 So much has changed in 9 years...

While we were at Temple Square Seth told me all about how Temples are where Mommies and Daddies get Married so they can have kids and be with them Forever.

And he told me that that was why his Daddy and I got married there is because I can't live with out him forever. And you know what he's right. 

 It was COLD!

But we still had fun and got to see lots of lights, the nativity, the Christus, and have some family time.

 This is the 2nd year Em has come with us to see the lights. Last year she came with Marie.

 The boys loved the lights, the fountains and we had a really fun cold time.

Forsgren Family Christmas Party

My Family got together for a family get together. My brothers and their families were all there. My sister June didn't make it but coming all the way from England makes it a little hard. But we missed her. 

We ate. Then we did a little program that my mom had planned. The adults read what each letter of Merry Christmas means. It's the same letters and everything from when I was 10.

 Then the kids put on the nativity.

 Chris was going to be the star but then changed his mind.
