Daddy Day Off

So Sam works Saturday's so we try to do something fun on Tuesday's when he's home. This week we went back to the Zoo.

These are some of my Favorites

In the past we've had a picnic at Bridal Veil Falls, Neilson's Grove, and other random places around Utah County. HOpefull they both enjoy it.

Have you driven the Alpine Loop yet before it closes for the winter? That's my favorite drive on earth! That's where Brad and I had our first kiss, and later he proprosed to me there (just above Aspen Grove).

The Nebo loop is also really gorgeous with some neat geological places, like Devil's Kitchen, which looks just like Southern Utah in the middle of the mountains.

Ohh!!! And for a longer drive, we loved, loved, loved the loop through the Uintahs--past Park City, through, Oakley, Kamas, to the Provo River Falls, and then we would often stay in Evenston on the way out of the loop.

Can you tell I really really really miss the mountains? I miss FALL!

Oh, and have you explored Heber City much? I love that little town. Go to Granny's for a shake.

For a fun night, go to Geneva road toward Provo, and there's a trail there out to Utah Lake. It's pretty, and fun to bike or walk. If you get to Provo Center street on Geneva, you've gone too far.
