While Sam was down with his surgery, Chris and Lexi had pink eye and Seth was throwing up Apricots were ready. My Parents brought us down quite a few and then we had some off our tree. So I made a lot of jam and some apricot nectar, and bottled some, and pureed and froze some for baby food for Lexi.

I thought I did pretty good by making apricot jam with the apricots you gave me....but that's nothing compared to all the stuff you did with them! Good job!
