Part of Life

Animals might not be everyone's thing. But they are a thing at our house.

They are part of the family, part of daily life, friends, dress up buddies, cuddlers, protectors, comforts and if nothing else a pillow pet.

Lucy is in the shadows watching over them as they read.

 One day  I will have the time to go through and find the pictures from a long time ago. Like when we dressed Lucy up as a wizard and Louie up as a frog for the Dog park Halloween Parade. Or the picture where Lucy is a puppy and has grass hanging out of her mouth. Or the ones from the day I brought her home.
