Saturday was Boo at the zoo.
I'm not a big fan of it since it is SO crowded but the boys love it so we go.
My kids don't actually want to wait in line to trick or treat
They just want to show the animals their costumes.
So it's not as bad.
Next year I think we might just go another day in costume.
Uncle Matt came too, he likes any excuse to dress up like a big Batman.
Seth talking to Zuri. While we were standing there Sam told me that his favorite zoo memory was when we had to bring Seth as his reward for being potty trained. Seth stood there and told Zuri all about how he didn't have to wear diapers any more. That seems like so long ago, but it really wasn't.
They called it the Batstrolbile.
Lexi was a cat underneath, but it was to cold to just be a cat. So she was a duck on top.
Big Batman, Little Batman and Robin saying Hi to the otters
We saw the Baby Giraffe again
Matt was talking about how he wanted to take the little giraffe home with him. The Momma did not like that one little bit, and stared him down.
After the zoo we went to Moochies. Mooches is in down town, it's a little dive sandwich place. It's been on Diners, Drivein's and Dives. Sam's wanted to try it for a long time, so we did.
Sam got their famous Philly Steak with Cheese.
Lexi was worn out and needed a break.
After lunch we went to the Planetarium.
We saw Flying Monsters

The Cloud exhibit is always a hit
We went to the moon and to Mars
We just enjoyed being there
More Clouds
She loved it! She would giggle and giggle.
After the Planetarium we rode the Trax train to the end of the free fair zone and back. Why? Just because it was free and the kids wanted too.
I don't know why this one won't move up but it won't.
On the way home the kids took naps
And once we made it home we made pumpkin blueberry pancakes for dinner.
Sam and I headed to the Temple for a Date that night and the boys and Lexi watched a Halloween movie, Spooky buddies, with the Babysitter.
It was such a fun day. Everyone had a great time. I just wish Daddy Days off lasted a little bit longer.
